Terms & Refunds
1. Scope
These terms apply exclusively to the purchase of Digital Products (downloadable PDFs) and Gift Cards made through this website.
Terms for all remote and in-person styling services are outlined in individual service agreements and invoices provided at the time of booking. Those professional services are governed by their own specific contracts and are not subject to the terms listed here.

2. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including downloadable style guides and PDFs, are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to these proprietary resources, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the file is delivered.

3. Gift Cards

• Valid for 1 Year: Gift cards expire after 1 year of purchase date.
• Redemption: Gift cards are valid for any digital product(s), remote and/or in-person
  personal styling service offered by Amanda Styles Los Angeles.
• Refunds: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and redeemable for cash upon request.

4. Third-Party Purchases
For any items recommended within our digital guides or through ShopMy the purchase andreturn process remains strictly between the Client and the third-party retailer. Amanda Styles Los Angeles is not responsible for retailer stock, shipping, or return policies.
